True Balance Wallet offers you an easy way to send Money to your friends in the blink of an eye.

Please follow simple & easy steps as below:

• Open True Balance App
• Tap on "Wallet" icon
• Tap on "Send Money" option
• Enter Mobile Number
• Fill in the amount to be send
• Tap on "Next"
• Tap on "Ok"

And you're DONE!

Your Money Transfer completion may take 24-72 hours.

Possible reason could be -

• If you have completed KYC and then closed your account, you will not be able to update the KYC with the same PAN number until 120 days have passed. Please try again after 120 days from your re-registration with us, and you will be able to proceed.
• A case where the PAN or Aadhaar details have already been entered in a different account. Aadhaar & PAN for KYC can only be associated with one account of True Balance.
• A case where the phone number has already been used in a different True Balance account. One phone number for KYC can be associated with only one account of True Balance.
• If the name on Aadhaar doesn't match with the name on the PAN.
• If the Aadhaar and PAN are not linked.
• If you are entering incorrect details of either PAN or Aadhaar.
• If the phone number that you are entering is not associated with the one registered with your Aadhaar.

There could be several reasons like below because of which your recharge may have failed. We will provide a refund when a recharge is unsuccessful.

1. Incorrect payment information
2. Insufficient funds
3. Technical issues with the payment gateway
4. Account restrictions or limitations

In case of a refund to be processed by our payment gateway partner, it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the refund to your source account (Bank/Credit Card Account), whereas recharge done using Free Point / Wallet Money / Gift Card will be refunded instantly. If you don't get a refund even after completion of 7 days, please contact our customer support at cs@balancehero.com.

When the "Recharge Success" message is displayed on the app, check your SMS inbox for a confirmation message from the operator. If the problem still persists, please reach your telecom operator and quote Operator Id. You can get the Operator Id from the app by following the below steps:

1. Tap on Order History
2. Click on the transaction for which information is required
3. Find the operator Id on this page.
