Terms & Conditions

W.e.f: 19th April 2024:

Background: This Terms & Conditions is legally binding document between you and Balancehero India Private Limited, operating under the brand name of “True Balance”, for contest(s) that True Balance offers in its various social media handles, from time to time.

Eligibility: Open to participants aged 18 and above and should be an Indian citizen. Contest entry via social media requires use of your own registered account.

Entry for Participation: One entry per user per Contest is acceptable. Entry for participation is acceptable only when the participant follows all the contest rules mentioned in the post.

Fake accounts & Unfollowing: Creating fake accounts and participating, leads to immediate disqualification. Additionally, unfollowing True Balance after the participation will also disqualify the entry.

Responsibility: True Balance isn't responsible for incomplete, ineligible, or lost entries due to technical issues.

Account Settings: Some Contests may require public view settings on social media accounts for entry validation.

Judging: The winner will be selected through a lucky draw from among the correct entries. The decision of True BalanceTrue Balance regarding the selection is final and binding.

Prize Notification: Winners will be notified via direct messages on the social media platform the entry has been made in. The participant may also need to provide personal details/content for prize collection.

Replacement Winners: If winners are not responding to the True Balance’s (including its representatives) reaching out through DMs on the respective social media platform, then True Balance may choose replacement winners or forfeit/donate the prize after a week’s time, at its sole discretion

Prizes: Prizes and awards are subject to internal evaluations and are given as a gesture of goodwill to recognize participants' dedication in our contests. Prizes are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable/ non-transferable.

Inappropriate Content: Entries containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.

Endorsement: The Contest isn't associated with or endorsed by any social media platform.

Disclaimer of Warranty: THE CONTEST/GIFTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND THAT PARTICIPANTS ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO PARTICIPANTS USE OF AND RELIANCE UPON THE CONTEST/GIFTS. TRUE BALANCE OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AT LAW OR IN EQUITY, IN CONNECTION WITH OR WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE CONTEST/GIFTS, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES IN REGARD TO QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NONINFRINGEMENT, COMMERCIAL UTILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

True Balance reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of the contest, at any time without any prior written notice

Jurisdiction: This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Also, Courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C

Personal Information: Participants may be contacted for marketing and promotional purposes. We request you to kindly review our privacy policy available at https://www.truebalance.io/privacy-policy to understand our security practices.If you do not agree to our privacy policy, then we request you to not participate in the contest.

Terms and Conditions: By participating, you agree to the Contest's terms and conditions and privacy policy. True Balance reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. In case of any violation of these T&Cs including misrepresentation/fraud by participants or any illegal activity by participants/user, True Balance shall have the right to take required and appropriate legal action.
