True Balance facilitates various types of loans through RBI authorized NBFCs (lenders) to meet your financial needs.

Applying for a loan is quite easy & quick on the True Balance App. Once you have downloaded the True Balance app, you need to register with your details, follow the KYC process  and apply for the amount you wish to take loan for, followed by answering a few simple questions about yourself.

Applying for a loan is quite easy & quick on the True Balance App. Once you have downloaded the True Balance app, you need to register and apply for the amount you wish to take loan for, answer a few simple questions about yourself. Please follow the below-mentioned steps-:

• Download the True Balance App from Google Play Store.
• Register with your details by creating an account or log in if you already have one.
• Follow the KYC process by providing PAN and other necessary documents.
• Apply for a Loan by selecting the loan amount and answer a few simple questions about yourself.

Loan approvals are subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria set by the lending entity, including factors such as timely repayment history, financial obligations, and other considerations. Please note that we have an internal underwriting mechanism through which we determine the eligibility of the loan.

At True Balance, we want to ensure our customers manage their finances responsibly. Therefore we have a simple rule that at any point of time, a customer can avail only 1 loan. Once the repayment has been done, you can opt for a subsequent loan.

Sometimes it takes time till 24-48 hours for disbursement, as it may be pending from the bank's end or because of other routine procedures.  If there is anything else or status persists beyond 48 hours, please feel free to reach us.

You can download the NOC/Sanction Letter/Agreement Letter in PDF format by following the steps below:

1.Tap on "MORE": This is located at the bottom right of the app screen.

2. Tap on "Order History": Then click on the specific loan.

3. Select the Loan: Tap on the loan for which the NOC/Sanction Letter/Agreement Letter is required.

4. Download the Document: Tap on "Download No Due Certificate"/Sanction Letter/Agreement Letter to download the document.

Note: NOC for TC, ECLEAR & OXYZO can be downloaded from our app. For all other lending partner loans, please reach out to us at cs@balancehero.com.

You can make the loan repayment through our app. Simply follow below steps:

1. Tap on "Repay Now"prominently displayed on your True Balance app dashboard.
2. Select a Payment Method: Choose one of the available options such as UPI, Net Banking, or Debit Card.
3. Confirm Payment: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repayment process.

Loan approvals are subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria set by the lending entity. Eligibility is calculated based on your timely repayment history, existing financial obligations, and some other factors. By maintaining a timely repayment of your current loan, you may  unlock:

•  Higher loan amounts: Increased borrowing capacity
•  Longer Loan Tenure: Flexible repayment terms.
